Holiday Grants

This holiday season, The Community Foundation of Northwest Connecticut will award small grants to area nonprofits that assist families of limited financial means in northwestern Connecticut. Preference will be given to programs that address basic human needs. To be considered for a holiday grant, complete the application (see link below) and return it to the Foundation by November 12, 2010. Although we strive to assist at least one organization from each community in our service area, the application process is competitive, which means that not all applicants will receive an award. Applicants will be notified by December 6 regarding application status.

Edwards Community Endowment Project Applications

The Edwards Community Endowment Project is a matching-grants program created to help northwest Connecticut nonprofits establish or increase endowment funds. The project is made possible through a grant from the Marion Wm. and Alice Edwards Fund.
